Service Description

Every written proposal for a grant, fellowship, or scholarship needs to describe how your research will ultimately benefit others. I work with you on "big-picture" career strategy questions, as well as detailed, granular editing of fellowship, grant, and scholarship applications. I mentor graduate students and undergraduates through the process of proposal writing, with high success. We can budget time so we are working effectively and responsibly toward your end goal. *** Past Sucesses: My Mentees have been awarded with leading international Grants and Fellowships, including: * Two Fulbright Fellowships * PhD Fellowship, American Institute of Indian Studies (AIIS) * Doctoral Research Fellowships, Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) * I have applied for and received a Trudeau Fellowship and a Commonwealth Fellowship, Shastri Indo-Canadian Research Fellowship, and a SHHRC Doctoral Research Fellowship. * Canada Council for the Arts Grants. *** The photo of two divers is appropriate because to enjoy the marvels of the undersea world requires preparation--from technical knowhow of equipment, to knowledge of the human body, to the responsibility to your diving partner. These need to be in balance, and offers a powerful metaphor for collaborative editing. **Rate is negotiable based on the particular project, and a range of factors. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 5 days in advance for a full refund. After 5 days before the start date, you will receive a 60% payment back.
